In an earlier thread someone mentioned the video-series by Sifu Chung Kwok Chow. Where the heck do I get them???
If you guys know other good videos (or books, like “secret techniques…” by Chao and Weakland) tell me about it (and please: don’t forget to tell where to get them!!!).
Oh, and btw: for my purposes Biu Dji and wooden-dummy-Form would be enough.
