I’m 29 today. I really don’t feel older (wiser yes, older no.).
I think I am working out more now than when I was 25 on up.
Sorry, this is not really related to Kung Fu…other than I’m still practicing and still going.

As GDA said, I work out more…
I work out everyday for at least one hour. I used to work out every other day or three days…or when I had a horrible job(s) whenever.
I lift weights every two to three days and do Cardio on those days as well. I do forms and techniques everyday. On the days I don’t lift weights I do something Cardio (video workouts, running, playing with my daughter in the park…yes it can be Cardio…man she has a lot of energy, etc.).
