I heard a rumor, and was wondering if this had any credibility to it.
In China, i’m hearing that some northern school has issues with the Wong Fei Hung School. I heardi its kinda serious. does anyone know if this is true? just a rumor? or better kept quiet?
Wong Feihung, as we know, studied with bona fide teachers of the day!
There were no false claims unless a Feihung student embellished his own record and cited someone outside the Feihung clan!
there are always lots of issues in china between kung fu schools. like the wujing / ye wen thing when the movie came out. maybe theres going to be a new hfh movie to be released soon
in the translate box, paste this in . And then click on chinese - to - english.
Cool huh?
I asked my chinese tutor and some friends and non of them use that expression at all nor were anyone familiar with it, but i guess its some common phrase which is probably why the movie took that name
Where does the phrase “” come from? Doesn’t really make sense except something like: "Now time for Huang Feihong … "; a bit like the “Lone Ranger Adventure Hour”.

Maybe a better translation would be “in Huang Feihong’s time..”, which from that i guess you could read as ‘once upon a time’?
