a question...

so its not WHAT you train but HOW you train?

dawood

Yes.

No.

It has to do with WHAT you train, and HOW you train it.

I think that the HOW is more important than the WHAT.

If you haven’t got the right mindset for correct training, than even 16hrs a day won’t help you advance.

I see many MA that after xyrs of study still haven’t advanced to the higher levels of their art even though they train higher level techs and form.

When you look at them you still see the same faults that many a beginner has but should have been gotten rid of by now.

10yrs of low-level study will only make you into a good low-level practicioner.

As is said:
“10.000 repetitions to master the move, but those 10.000 repetitions must be done correct and with 100% intent and concentration.”

Cheers.

Its not WHAT you train!

Its not HOW you train

Its IF you train:D

true

Practice how you play

…train how you intend to fight

its definately both. i mean look at bruce lee, he trained all the time, still sucked, and then died

According to forum rules its weather or not your training could be choked by Royce thats important.

Could Royce choke a polar bear? They dont train!

Although I did hear of one that was graded to purple in BBJ.

with apropriate context it is how you train.

It is who you are.

Burt Reynolds would choke Royce the f@ck out!

Snufulufugus(sp?) would choke burt reynolds the f*ck out.

aye, but the count would surely choke all.

Countchocula?
