I’m a longtime Shaolin Do practitioner and instructor from Kentucky, still training and teaching at 52. I’m also cross-training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu these days to keep myself honest and keep learning. Outside the martial arts, I’m a Christian, I lead a 50-member choir at my church, I work as an IT manager for a transportation company, and I’m also a magician. So between kung fu, church music, tech problems, and sleight of hand, I stay pretty well occupied.
