I don’t know if he trains the Marine Corps regularly.
Can’t see what the right arm is doing.

Looks to me like a standard application of part of the dummy form.
Kwan sao with the arms (low bong and tan), simultaneous kick with the leg.
The chalice from the palace has the pellet with the poison,

Leaning Kick
That move is called the Leaning Kick of the Dummy. No rootedness required. Only to be used when opponent is willing to fall with minimal power imposed.

I’ve trained under Duncan Leung and Emin Boztepe.

Emin did a one time training session during spring of 1993 with some of the Iand I staff at the USMC/Navy reserve training center in San Antonio TX. He also had a seminar that weekend I believe. I used to train w/WIll parker in SA and we got a student or two from the group. I’m unaware of any affiliation with the USMC or any ongoing training. Basically just a one shot deal.
