What would you say if...

…I said that I could put my hand near a pain or hurt, a headache or heartache, a migraine, back pain or minstral cramps… and the pain became less there within seconds to minutes?

Very some such, perhaps might have been, likely say some, some not.

Sounds like your normal everyday energy healing to me. Heaps of people do it, and everyone has the capacity to do it. It’s great that it works for you though

and tripping and begging for mercy, then yes, Mr. Brave man, I guess I’m a
coward. - Jack Handey

what would you say if…

I said i don’t believe you???

There are many methods of learning to do this. They vary in strength and difficulty to learn. You could pay a couple hundred bucks and learn Reiki I over a weekend. You could learn to do this with advanced chi qong training. Its even possible that if you got your chi/power and yi/intent strong enough that you could simply place your hand near a person (or not) and intend to heal them and you would, without any training.

In a more subtle vein, it is said that anytime you touch another person with love or the intent to heal that you are healing that person.

what would you say if… "I said i don’t believe you??? "…I would say, “Very good :-)” and “thank you :-).”

where to learn?

from a good teacher.

reiki master, shiatsu master, tui na master, many many many modalities…BUT like kungfu hard to find people who know the real deal.

If you want true shiatsu mater I can tell you of one person. The rest I do not know…took me too long to find just one.

I would likely say Very goo and Thank you; however…

It might be more appropriate for me to say to you, RENEGADE_MONK, Do you have any pains? Headaches back ache migraines, heart pains or Sorrow or bad feelings in your Heart?

Except for the Bad feelings in your Heart, I wouldn’t have to touch you. if you tend to have any of these let me be aware of that first. If you think it a dare or challenge or to embarass me or just prove to yourself that I can’t I would make an effort to catch-up to you, whatever whatever and whatever relevant to most any pain you tend to have.

The bad feelings in the Heart I would have to brush that.

ZEN response

I wouldn’t say anything I would just remove my show and srtike you with it.

Part of that, at least is certainly a Zen say.

Very some such, perhaps might have been, likely say some, some not.

I’d say shut the hell up.

what!

is this not the basic level of qi-gong? some people feel that this is some miraculas feat, but it is just controlling your chi and projecting from a cultivated source as in the middle dantien. I do realize that people with no martial arts skill would find it hard to beleive but It should not be a suprise on this board! check out our web site under masters button and see me shove a 9" steele wire through my leg with out any pain or bleeding! this is a high level technique but again part of any daily practice in qi-gong. this should on this board be like saying watch me kick over my head! should any one be shocked at that? PS try shouting your chi from youre fingers at a distance practice and focus its called PING QIGONG or shooting chi skill

Some have heard, some have not. You are merely priviledged, EARTH DRAGON

ABandit and EARTH DRAGON, such things are common place; even for those who No_Know that they can, at least No_Know how they can. Everyone has the potential, yet not everyone is aware of such potential.~

EARTH DRAGON, do you ever use such a low level practice as a demonstration? Say, relieve the pain of three visitors or onlookers or audience members, without touching them?

It has been my comprehension, that, Albert Einstein is world renown for his work/theories relevat to Physics. Yet failed some higher grade, grade shcool math (algebra?). Physics related to algebra? I No_Know. However it seems that there are things in which there are things. And where any in a group can be done with good practice, yet there is not a necessary order required to learning any of the others in that group first. You mentioned low level and high level. While I could see a relationship of what you say–muscle control and regulation of your circulation. Or a Mind controling over it’s body (which does matter)(via Ch’i or merely calling it ch’i…)…Perhaps you would share here or point out here where on your nice website it could be found that you do/have done what you term low level. Such as making heart pain, maigraines, backaches less to not there with out touching the person. Or reducing a person’s Sorrow in thier heart by a slight touch.

Fu-Pow, always the gentleperson. And hopefully a credit to the great company you’ve mentioned you’ve kept.

“PS try shouting your chi from youre fingers at a distance practice and focus its called PING QIGONG or shooting chi skill”

All these qi-sy aspects sound like fun. However, I am not in it for the great accumulation of, See all the things I can do. I merely ask for thoughts on my mentioning, a nice something that I can do/ have done.

Healing touch

I find this an interesting subject since I for one have done Reiki as well as the things taught in everyday qi gong practice. It seems to be taught in some cases even in the western medical field. It is used in pediatric dept. of hospitals, though I believe they refer to it usually as healing touch, which it is my understanding that there is a difference from this and reiki or a martial arts style qi gong.

What is truely amazing is when we stub our toe or hit ourselves in general anywhere, what is the first thing all of us do? We grab it and hold it! Why? Does it make it feel better, of course in one way or another it does. Is it a mental relief or is it truely a physical relief? Regardless it is helpful, though I realize this is on a more basic level than what is being discussed here, it is non the less the same, at it’s most basic level.

Human touch has been proven such a very powerful thing, in not only sickness but in mental anguish as well.

I’d say…

My dad used to do it but I never was (I never really tried though) able to.

Why?

dear noknow

well I didnt mean low level in a bad way, just a way of measuring. To show my fingers pointing at some one who had a headach lets say would not look that impressive in a still picture. People that dont understand qi-gong still think that when I insert the wire its a trick, and they watch it go through my leg and still they dont beleive or understand. So to answer your question it doent look like Im doing anything but pointing LOL
to understand qi-gong, we all have balance in our bodies, when we fall out of balance we get sick, qi-gong rebalances the body and we over come sickness or disease.
the art or skill of qi-gong is to cultivate our own chi and use it for various skill, i.e hard qi-gong to strike or break, soft qi-gong to flow or ease, when we learn this skill we can heal or hurt
