Weird Flab

Hey,

I’ve been working out for about 5 months now and it’s coming along pretty well. The definition is there, the 6 pack is coming in slowly but surely, but…

I have this weird section of flab that I don’t know how to target. It’s right under the underarm region, from the edge/under the outside of the pec, to the Lat.

Anyone know what this is and how I can target it?

Swimming. Latpulldowns, Chinups and dumbell fly’s.

Uhh you can’t target it. It’s flab like you said. Your body will drop fat in a pre-defined order and the only thing you can do to get rid of that flab is reducing the amount of calories you take in. If you are still losing weight then just have patience and soon that part of your body will decrease. When you notice you aren’t losing bodyfat anymore then you can cut another 500 cals a day if you wish. There is no way to target fatty areas on your body to drop off.
