Fa jing I wasn’t that serious, and you certainly don’t have to justify anything to me, since I wasn’t in your shoes when it happened (it’s easy to say “I would’ve done that” or “you should’ve done that” when you’re in the comfort of your desk and conputer) 🙂 Fred: well, allow me to disagree here…I guess to me tactical awareness doesn’t mean paranoia…for me, it’s precisely tactical awareness that enables you to know when the situation will get serious and threatening or when it just gets annoying and silly. I don’t consider judging each and every peculiar or weird occasion as dangerous a proof of tactical awareness, but rather a lack of it (since it would mean you can’t decipher a real threat from an unusual behavior). Well, different peeps, different ways, I guess… ---

Fred I don’t see why you’re getting all defensive…you took my post personally, whereas I intended it on a general discussion… Are you getting always that touchy everytime someone mentions an opposite view? I’m not here to prove anything to anyone, rather discuss our common passion which is CMA (or MA in general). I never considered this forum a \*\*\*\*-length contest… So there’s no need to flex your muscles on how well you handle yourself in the real world. It would of been cooler for you if the chick had green eyes and started to cry and mumble about this immortal wizard called Lo Pan who is looking for her. Not the least inconsistent…you can perfectly keep cool and not judge any peculiar situation like a dangerous one and at the same time when your instinct or whatever tells you to be on your guard not underestimate anyone, even a frail looking girl. Where’s the paradox??
