Hello - New to this site
Live in the buffalo ny area and I am looking for a martial tai chi school. I have been studying tai chi for 1 year but although very good with form my school presently does not deal with the martial aspects. I am 40, a tad bit on the over weight side, with no other martial arts experiance. I am looking for both the phisical exercise and the matial training. Am debating leaving tai chi, which I realy enjoy, to study hung gar. Looking for some info and advise.
