Hope you all had a great Christmas those who celebrate it.
I’m in the process of collecting different sparring formats for use in training. Common examples are Jab vs Cross, Punching vs Kickcing, Boxing vs trapping, All in vs grappling etc. etc.
My question is does anyone have any unusual formats they use in training. Also what benefits do you find they bring to you?
