Can anyone tell me about the Six Harmonies Praying Mantis system? (I read Ilya Provatilov’s excellent article on PM, and it mentioned SHPM :slight_smile: ) Specifically, what parts of Hsing I and Ba Gua were incorparated into both the forms and the actual fighting training?
