The three I have have an empty hand form and a weapon form on each. Jon goes through each form at speed and then again slower. He then goes through the application of each move in the form.
I don’t know whether it is cheaper to buy them from the website or not.
I have only seen one empty-hand form tape from Sifu Funk - Bung Bo. The format was done well - although I did find that his stances seemed to be a bit high in general.
i didn’t like his tapes.
video gave good instruction but kung fu quality was not good.
