… of a monk playing guitar - looked more country western tho. There are also pics of monks with flutes, but usually they are beating some one over the head with them.
Punk, Death Metal, Rage Rock, these sounds ain’t really made it to China yet. Rap, Hip hop is there. And reggae.

That’s very interesting, I had always wondered what types of (western influenced) music were being listened to in China.
I was planning a trip to Beijing at one point, I ended up canceling it , but I got some funny feedback at the Giant Robot website. They told me not to make fun of the kids in Beijing for being too out of it cuz they can’t really help it.
