I hear that San Francisco is supposed to have a lot of
very good martial artists, but I don’t actually know of
any besides Kenneth Chung. I tried searching through
the archives and couldn’t really find any there either.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any information
about good “internal” teachers in that area (that don’t
neglect that combative side either).

I used to live in chinatown S F and I can tell you it is a mecca of masters to choose from, I dont have any locations of hand but you can try doing a search on yellowpages.com and i am sure you find what you are looking for .

golden gate park has a host of teachers and classes that you can watch. many are free.
