Got one recently for my Wife.
Japanese OS of course, english ones are.
I can show you some good and cheap shops in Akihabara when you are over.
Best is buy one with low memory and than replace it with “Bulk” Memory, about 1/4 price of the “named” stuff.
But you need to know where to shop.
