“Chinese Martial Arts Training Manuals (A Historical Survey)” by Brain Kennedy and Elizabeth Guo. (Published by North Atlantic Books)

It is time to embrace the 21st. Century and truly comprehend the legacy that our elders left us, i.e., techniques/theories not the myths. 🙂
