Can i get everyones opinion on “How to preform” Q***… arts or practice?
also what are the benefits and everything, i am VERY interested in learning the internal or mental aspects of fighting just as much as the external…
Just the other day i went into the zone, i think i was doing what i was supposed to, but i dont remember exactly how i did it, it worked though, but i bet it can be improved upon, so can everyone put in their 2 cents on this subject? it’d be appretiated…
