One more book recommendation, please :)

I was wondering (again) if anyone knows anything about these two books

  1. The Way of Qigong by Ken Cohen

  2. Qigong Empowerment by Master Shou-Yu Liang & Wen-Ching Wu

And thanks to those who recommended “the Essence of Internal Martial Arts” a few weeks ago. I received that book the other day and so far I’m enjoying it.

Thanks,

Iron

The Ken Cohen book is very well written and easy to understand. I have had it for about three years and still go back and re-read parts of it. I would rank it as intermediate level information that a beginner could easily grasp. It is not a heavy bog down philosophy type book. Included are several easy to follow qigong exercises including The Eight Brocades, Five Animal Frolic, among others. The chapter on Standing Like a Tree was very helpfull to me personally. It is one of my favorite books on the subject.
