Who’s gonna slack off on their training until after the holidays?
Only on Christmas day.I just finished doing some tai chi out back.
I alreday ate like 6 pieces of pizza
that’s it? I can kill 2 larges by myself. I only do it when people ask me too though… kind of like a freak show type thing. I can’t take all the extra fat on a regular basis, I wouldn’t be able to train at all…
I have to watch my weight though…do you?
like a hawk. That’s why I only do it by request. I’m training right now actually. I’m lifting weights and doing bodyweight exercises, so between sets I check to see what’s going on here. I’m getting ready to go outside and do forms and moving stancework though. When I come back in, it’ll be static stances, shadowboxing, solo arm boxing and finally qigong.

Yeah…I am varsity.
I have only won 3 though.
I dont know out of how many but I know I got pinned a few times.
Next year it wont be so easy for people to pin me.
I am down to 130,I probably weigh 135 due to all the water and pizza and other foods…
I am going to lowel near boston for a three day competition this week end with the varsity.
Coach told me it is very harsh and harder then states…

an ass kicking is always good as long as you learn from it. I like getting whooped by people better than me. If you do it consistently, you’ll be surprised at how good you are against the people that used to be on the same level as you, and the people that used to be way better than you.

I just got in from practicing my forms. Today was the first time I have pracitced my sword form in public, outside of at my school. My training spot is at the center of my apartment complex, near the center of the lake, by the leasing office. I have to walk to get there… Ever seen the look on people’s faces when they see a big azz black dude walking with a sword in his hand? it’s freakin hilarious! You’d think I was strapped with a bomb or something.
Yeah since im at my parents house all i can do is forms and a few techniques…
I had just lost like 8 pounds… i gotta watch out or will gain it all again real quick.
no doubt, holidays will do that to you. Just be careful with the sweets - Don’t eat too much of that cake or that sweet potato pie. Load up on the veggies they have, and if the meat they cook has visible fat, trim it off. Congrats on the weight loss man. Keep up the good work.
D@mn holidays, I have this weakness for deviled eggs and pumpkin pie. I gain much weight I think I was around 207 last time I weighed myself just after thanksgiving. But I’m not fat of alot of mucle so I just don’t get where the weight is, oh well
ya, I’m hoping to put on some fat this christmas too. But my moms like a crazy marathon runnung vegitarian. So I dont think that fat will last for to long after the holidays…
Have you ever had gravy once its become hard? its like gravy jello, its so good

IT’S MY WIFES FAULT!!! She made me eat the shrimp parmagen and chicken parmagen and the 3 meatballs last night.! Tonight she made me eat a bunch of ham and key lime cheesecake. I shudder to think what she’ll make me eat tomorrow!:eek:

i can’t slack at all. january 10th i finish the snake turns over program
and i’m not about to give up 6 mos of time and sweat and pain for a holiday.
good kung fu comes from training your hardest, no matter what.

i also want pounds and pounds of turkey, sweet potato pie, christmas cookies,
hot chocolate, mashed potatoes, gravy, ham, chicken, pizza, lasagna, beef stew…mmmm.
i’m drooling like pavlovs dog. i’m gonna go eat now.
neptunesfall, what constitues “finishing” it?
If you start with 10, then you will get to 100 on day 90. Is 100 days “finishing?” That’s not 6 months o.O Or is 6 months every day “finishing?” Do you have to keep doing it after you finish, or is it like an iron body thing where you can drastically reduce the quantity but still get the same effect? (ie. once or twice a week instead of every day, with no decline in skill)?
I just finished day 1 of it, after my normal weight workout. Now I’m off to mash the Captains of Crush grippers. Yeah!!!
