Don’t worry, Jamieson knows deep down inside, in a tiny corner somewhere, I really do love him ![]()

“Lost power”?
???
in a tiny corner somewhere, I really do love him ;)
Oh, is that what you guys were doing in the corner?
Kansuke, you do know the UFC is on now if you’re really that bored
pay per view? forget it

Shhhhh…I’m supposed to be working…
I am going to make some rather radical suggestions on how to proceed with this forum
They are going to be based upon, gasp, COMMON SENSE
-
Disagree all you want, but do so with logical lines of critical thought and provide at lease some example or evidence of your point
-
If your posts amount to “I know secrets you don’t”, or personal insults, or rumor, BS, Chinatown gossip, etc etc then your post should be deleted and if you continue you should be banned
-
Moderators should NOT put snide remarks in threads and shouldn’t threaten members for pointing out they are not living up to their responsibilities
-
Asking someone for evidence of a bizzare claim or evidence to back up a questionable claim is NOT “trolling”
-
Asking someone for evidence of things they aren’t talking about or claiming IS trolling
-
If something questionable is posted, and it is posted by someone who refuses to identify themselves in any way, and if “it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it’s a duck” applies, well THAT is a troll
Please don’t delete or lock this thread
If the forum was run like you suggest it should be run just a few years ago, you would be so BANNED yourself.
I personally think that the forum’s membership should be limited to people who actually PRACTICE TCMAs?
All MMA-ists and “kung fu” tagged kickboxers such as yourself could post in suitable threads provided for none TCMA-ists.
Also, the mods should STOP having conveniently short memories when it comes to the utter misbehavior of people such as yourself, not to mention some of your “questionable” takes on various TCMA methodologies - just because you are riding on the now-in-fashion, modern MMA bandwagon.
Of course, your “questionable takes” (and I am being extremely polite and civil here) on the TCMAs can be forgiven as this is a forum and no one expects you, or anyone else to be an expert in the TCMAs, just because of the mere fact that they post here.
The kettle has to always be careful about calling the pot black! Just saying…
Alert! Alert! Activate rule #2! Activate rule #2! This is not a drill!
The best part of threads like these are knowing the trolls won’t be able to resist and will have to post
I can hear them sobbing now…

Yep, daring to suggest that people posting in a TCMA forum should actually be TCMA practioners, makes one a troll in the eyes of people who are NOT TCMA-ists…
You couldn’t make up this stuff…LOL!
PS 1. By the way, have you “broken” your ignore button again?
PS, 2. Having the likes of Kansuke on your side, does not do your already frail TCMA credibility any good. “Just saying…”
He must be frothing at the mouth by now ![]()
This is what you need to think about anytime you see him posting

I think so. I have repeated so many times that when I was in the Judo forum, after someone said the following, I put my tail between my legs, ran like hell, and never looked back. My face skin is just not thick enough.
“You are not even a Judoka, Nobody care about your opinon. Why are you still hanging around here?”
Where oh where is rule #2 when we need it, like RIGHT NOW?
Well, considering I am the adopted baai si disciple of a Chinese kung fu sifu the Chinese government called a “living national treasure”, spent 16 years with him and learned more kung fu that the troll could ever dream about, it’s sort of irrelevant isn’t it ![]()
(and that is precisely why they go screaming into the night in response to my posts)

Common sense?? Now just where do we find some of that? Not on this forum I suspect. What I would love to see is instant banning for anyone on a kung fu forum to utter the words, Muey Thai, boxing, wrestling, Bjj, MMA. They have their own forum to howl in. I don't go to the MMA forum and snipe at them.

Do you really think that would be practical, useful, or productive?

It’s MuAy thai
go ahead and see if they ban me for that LOL ![]()
Really, if you feel so threatened by those arts, maybe you should stay off the internet

That post also instantly reminded me of the 7 words you can’t say on tv

I am sure that your contributions in the Judoka forum were much more constructive and useful than a lot of the stuff we here from former “kung fu disciples” infesting this forum.
Anyone who has seen your posts will by now know that you are serious martial artist with balanced opinions. I believe that your presence in the Judo forum would have made great contributions to the knowledge and the general combat out look of the Judo practitioners posting there. Your departure was their loss, in my humble opinion.
On the other hand, we the TCMA-ists in this forum keep hearing the same, “there is no grappling in TCMA”; “there is no sparring in TCMA”; “TCMA techniques that we the MMA-ists cannot make work, are no good”; “We need to mention BJJ in every TCMA thread”; “TCMA forms are fantasy training”. “Iron Palm training does not work or is useless”…etc, etc.
When an actual TCMA practitioner challenges these clueless remarks, he is called a troll and then informed that the modern MMA-ists say these things because they have actually “trained” kung fu under Great Grand Master XYZ. Of course, while they were “training” a given style of “kung fu”, they also managed to find time to train in BJJ, Muay Thai, Judo, Western Boxing, MMA, Grego Roman wrestling and of course, Tae Kwon Do, and for sure they are also experts in all of them…lol
Yep, got to take this forum with a pinch of salt sometimes. ![]()
like I said, I can just see him posting now
Well, considering I am the adopted baai si disciple of a Chinese kung fu sifu the Chinese government called a “living national treasure”, spent 16 years with him and learned more kung fu that the troll could ever dream about, it’s sort of irrelevant isn’t it :D
The world is full of “kung fu” disciples. The fact is that the proof is in the pudding, and the pudding in this case demonstrates that with all your “kung fu” history, you are nothing but kickboxing coach. Case closed.
(and that is precisely why they go screaming into the night in response to my posts)
We only scream because we are tired of glorified kickboxers in this forum that do nothing but put down methodologies that thousands of people for generations have managed to use in combat, just because they, the kickboxers in question, would not be able to use if their lives depended on it - mainly because they have never really studied the TCMAs, beyond some superficial dabbling, or even perhaps it was not for them to start with.
Furthermore, the few people who may be the genuinely the jealous types will only feel that way if they see substance. Where is your substance, kung fu substance, that is?
