Thanks for the comments regarding the web site. :slight_smile:

As for belts and rankings, you are 100% correct! I don’t like it all that much but it’s part of the heritage and traditions of the art I follow and was given so in many ways, I’m stuck with it!

What we have tried to do is place less emphasis on this or that Dan Level and more on actual progression. This is why we use the older Menkyo system of measuring one’s progress. It may not be the ideal but it’s all we’ve got!

Looking around

Nice to see one of my Pai’s signature moves on photo gallery image page one. Both hand formations give a yes to. Girls’s stance , i do a different modification for mobility
