need information about a hung gar master

I saw in vietnamese article the following name of a hung gar master : “Trinh Luân”. In vietnamese prononciation it sound approximatively “ching luan”. In this article it is juste written that he was leaving in hong kong in the 1930’s

Can someone tell me more about him? (what is his chinese name, his history…) or can you give me a link who can help me?

doesn’t ring any bells.
Did the article say anything more? Who he learned from, what he was doing in Hong Kong. Does he have any students that we can reference?

The only thing I know is that he was the master of the vietnamese master Ha Chau.
