Hi, who have/see Chris Carracci’s Navy Seal Workout? I need information about this video. Thanks.

I’ve got his PT Burnout workout. It’s a really good total body workout. It’s all on calistenics. I’d recommend it alot if you want a good aerobic workout that works your muscles too.
