Here’s a question I’ve had for quite some time. In some Choy Lay Fut schools they tell you that 5 wheel stance and 5 wheel fist are everything…very important. However in other Choy Lay Fut schools the 2 sets are not even mentioned. They sometimes start out with Small Plum Flower or whatever. Please answer for me! I need sleep!!!
