Remember Jack LaLanne?
I’ve seen guys in their 70’s and 80’s doing all types of MA and even fighting.

I’m still a little more than a decade away from 60.

Guys, life is short. 60 ain’t that old.

I’m 58 and just got back into running after not running for about 20 years. I’m up to 3 to 3.5 miles a day with a goal of running 5 a day and doing some 5k and 10k races.

Have to admit I am a lot slower than I used to be though. Maybe once I drop some of this weight that will change.

Longivity is never a certainty, but the three major factors in achieving longivity are, proper diet, lots of exercise, and never, never have more life insurance than it takes to get you buried.

I think speed is the first thing to go, that’s why all the old masters mostly do Tai Chi.

Hey, I’m 58 too and grew up in south Jersey. Maybe we’ve met although last time I met someone who was also from the area it turns out I crashed one of his parties and ran off with his beer. Of course I didn’t tell him that was me.
