Yes there are.
I fought in an international Kuoshu tournament in San Francisco at the end of last year, and it was part of a triple crown win..so I know there are at least 3 that happened last year. Elbows allowed, knees allowed, San Shou style throw rules, open finger gloves, no pads, and cage headgear. If that is what you are looking for, its out there…Want more info? Just reply back.
