Kung Fu poetry

Many southern styles have poetry written to them, some by one or only a few people, some that are added to by each generation.

Anyone care to share some kung fu poetry of the styles they study, and perhaps what they think it means?

Please be brief, no whole scrolls or books please, just a little here or there.

One of my favourites from the Tao of my style:

“Become soft like water and flow like a thundering river.”
