actually, we used to be bear chest/back, when I practiced in high school in Taipei, Taiwan in 1970s.

I guess you didn’t have any female students in your class!

at our club, we require uniform (club tshirt, and black pants, white shoes (which you get yourself)

we dont make $$ on the shirts- we sell them for 7 bux each.

biggest reason we require them, I really think it helps students, especially the younger ones, develop a sense of belonging to the club.
that they are a part of something bigger than themselves which def helps with retention.

also, i think its cool when we have a full class all wearing the same thing and it looks like my own personal ninja army!

I don’t have a problem with uniforms. Having a club T-shirt and pants and such are great. It makes sense. The pajamas don’t, to me. To TenTigers about wearing it to assert that you’re the instructor - I can definitely understand that.

I love Kung Fu Pajamas!

One of the main reasons I train in Kung Fu is I like to walk around in my silk pajamas. The chicks dig it (especially the blondes)

Shes not a natural blonde!

nope, I don’t think the collar matches the cuffs…

the carpet doesn’t match the drapes…but a bare wood floor would cure that.
