Does anyone know any techniques to make your joints stronger?

I don’t know about making joints stronger, but strenghtening the muscles of your body will take the need away to use the joints in the way that one would want them stronger. In other words, start weight training. You don’t have to spend hours to gain strength, either. Get a good routine going and your workout shouldn’t take that long–even just 30 minutes if you have a good split down.
