Joy states that Sun City is an “old folks place”. I am curious as to what this comment has to do with Wing Chun or Sifu Camas visit. Having had the privlilege of meeting some elderly Wing Chun people I would think that 70 is an age with some possible benefits 
Yip Chun is a bit elderly, if I recall correctly, I wonder if he should stop doing Wing Chun 
I also believe that elderly people sometimes need realistic self defense skills. I know I used to teach a group of seniors practical protection skills. Of course, starting younger is always to ones advantage but the comment confuses me, What I get implied from this is somewhat negative.
However, it is possible that I misinterpretated the comment so I stand ready to be enlightened.

Hey Yuanfen, nice place though! We visited some ‘old folks’ there while I was in phoenix and it made me want to buy a golf cart and settle down! 
Nothing wrong being old- been known on occasion to knock on the door of that world myself.
Just so that one knows that generally the audience is not very diverse(a variety of ways) in Sun City. Also that usually young folks are not always welcome. No other problem… a location is a location…
Explaining location and demographics-not a comment on teaching or practicing the art. Could be justa location.
BTW Dave-I dont need a lecture on wing chun and old folks. My dad died at 93.
I taught him wing chun basics. He punched daily till a week before happy hunting grounds.

Thanks for the clarification. As I said I stand ready to be enlightened. Now that you went into a bit more detail I understand where you are coming from, at least I think I do but then again my perception could be incorrect.
As to getting older I seem to be falling apart as I age. Perhaps I will end up in a place like Sun City. My wife keeps talking about getting me a walker Of course, it could improve my Chi Sau as I could let the walker act as a shield.
As to lecturing I am only attempting to draw out some more details so as to insure no misunderstandings. Your initial comment could lead to several possible conclusions, not all of them favorable. However, you have put things into perspective for which I thank you.
