I’ve heard that SPM has this skill, i know of ykm and bak mei in guangzhou trains it, does anyone wanna share knowledge on this skill?

We do a little…
We do a little bit and being able to harden the neck by simply flexing the neck muscles seems to come with the training as well. Took me a while to get the hang of it. We do some chi gung excercises for neck strength like the ones from the 18 lohan but we dont aim to actualy harden it.
There is a fair few presure points in the neck and i know from my tiger training that its very easy, even if someone has a hard neck to find a hold and grab a point.
Cant speak for the higher levels but i just dont really see the use… Kinda like being able to retract the testies, you just shouldnt be getting hit there in the first place.

I know what you mean, but unfortunately we get hit in places we dont want to, its another training method like iron palm and iron bridge.
we also tighten the neck muscles up when striking etc:)

Yes FT we have it,its not so much as a secret because its right there in front for all to learn that has a grasp on commin sence.
Granted it does take guildence and steps to make it work for you.
I would not suggest going about it in the dark because its potintal
risks.
