There’s a school in Chicago which called Iron Fist. Has anyone trained at this school, or know anything about it? Also, is there a style called Iron Fist? I thought that just refered to techniques for toughening up the hand. Any info would be apprecitated.
I have heard of it too. Isn’t it part Kungfu art Karate? I don’t know too much about it. Do you live near there? If you happen to go watch a class let me know what you see.
