What is ‘Infusion of spirit’ mean? (in relation to wing chun of course) I heard this, but am have trouble understanding exactly what it means.

Not sure, but it might just be another way of saying Yi or intent. As to when you strike. Releasing energy also.
hmm… im pretty sure it does have something to do with intent… but not exactly what?

Yeah, I don’t understand that either, maybe its something you find out when you’ve done it for 10 yesars or something.
I know this may or may not be off topic, but does anyone know if ‘spirit’ is the same as ‘ego’?
