Xing Yi in Seattle & Puyallup, WA

Hi, all,
I’m in North Seattle, I help one of my seniors teach a class down in Puyallup (45minute drive south of downtown Seattle). Shanxi Xing Yi is an integral part of the system we practice, called Yi Li Quan (One Principle Boxing). Yi Li has a very structured format, great for understanding/demystifying “Internal” martial arts.
Generally, beginning students in Yi Li learn some rudimentary Shaolin methods before Xing Yi is introduced. Yang Tai Ji basics & Chang Ba Gua follows, respectively, to give the student a footing in the basics; The cycle is repeated to continue into more advanced principles and usage.
If you’re interested, please feel free to contact me anytime–I’d love to have more folks to practice with closer to home.
I also set up a discussion board on a Yahoo Club site where the style’s founder & senior students are available to reply to anyone that is interested to learn more. Here’s the link:

Take care, & Best Wishes.
