If he’s on your arms and punching, his balance can’t be that great. try to bridge and roll - or raise your hips to off balance him and bump him forward so that you can free your arms. then bridge and roll.
For the second scenario, it sounds as if he’s choking you with his hands. If that’s so, raise your hips in an attempt to bump him forward. free your arms and try to either bridge and roll or go for an armbar.

there are so many what if’s that could happen…of course you can think of impossible scenarios…what do you do if i guy is pointing a gun at you from 2 feet away with your back turned and he shoots? don’t get in that position. how did the 200 pound guy get your arms pinned and on top of you?

Learn some grappling, and I doubt any1 who knows any form of grappling would be sitting on your arms. You loose majour balance that way.

Relatively simple escape
If he is over both of your arms, it is pretty easy to “go out the back door”. Shrug your shoulders up and start to shrimp your body downwards with your legs. At the same time start to raise your arms up. This will give you enough space to push the opponent up and over your head as you slide yourself from between his legs. You will get out relatively easily as long as he doesn’t know the counter to your counter.
Pullyour fists to the outsid arcing back toward your head. His Knees should fall to the groundyour having pulled was like rolloing them off logs. Now that your forarms ar behind his knees, move out your elbows and straighten your arms. this foces a split. Don’t depend on him to stop yet. I he does, then good. After forcing the split you should be better able to get out from under by pulling through his thighs,similar to the shrimping that was mentiond a reply or so prior to this reply.
Als, your thighs perpendicular to the ground, forelegs parallel with, using one leg as balast, rotate the other leg’s hip. This shoud allow you to kick him in the back of the head. Also thcolar region in the back, the neck, the shoulderblades,along the spine of at least the upper backperhaps a shoulder too. If you hit him from the position you are in hemight not pound your head as often as otherwise he would. Perhaps you could find him distracted enough for you to escape or get an arm or two free to change the situation.
To protect your head touch your chin to your chest or lof and lower it to avoid the full stirke. Or turn to one side. Mix these, perhaps.
If his knees are overyour foerarms, roll the palms up, then make an angel on the ground…
