I read in an Entertainment Weekly that the Bruce Lee estate has given their permission for some movie company to “resurrect” Bruce for a new movie. It will involve a combination of old movie clips and computer generation to bring him back to life for a completely new script. I was waiting to get a haircut when I read this so I don’t know how old or what issue number the Entertainment Weekly was.
Is anybody else horrified by this prospect?

I don’t agree with this…
And I’m even more afraid of this: The movie will be nothing like Bruce would have wanted it. It will be a bunch of stereotyped Asian roles, ****ty women, amazing uneconomical movements, and a lot of “Wasaaaah” for the sake of “wassaah” … Everything that Bruce wanted to avoid for his films…
At LEAST they better not make it crap.

Hmmm…seems that Japanese and Koreans are making the script so the stereotypes stuff may not come to play…but then again, just because Asians are writing it doesn’t necessarily mean it will be anything worth while.
