It’s a southern term. "fi’ " is short for fire, which can mean ‘hot’ or ‘fine’. So, wun hot/fine ho.

I ate at a restaraunt in London called ‘Ho Lee Fook’. They tried to pass it off as an accident, but it was in a fancy area like Charring Cross road, so I think it was on purpose.
