Ok if anyone didn’t read any of the previous forums. I’m short and I wana get tall. What can I do to get tall? Any exercises or diet tips or stretches or even meditations or chi kung exercises I can do to get taller? Is there anything in Kung Fu that can help me get taller? What should I avoid in any of the fields already mentioned above?
Break your own legs
Take a hammer and smash your femurs in one spot only. Make sure you hit it hard enough to turn it to dust, but only do it in one place! Then when they are trying to put the pieces you pulverized back together, tell them that you want a coral bone matrix put in to replace the missing piece, and have them put in an extra few inches.
No there is no chi gong to make you taller.

How short are we talking here?
How short are you? How tall do you wish to be? Is there anything really wrong with your height? Maybe you just hang around tall people a lot. It’s all relative. I am 5’4" and I thought I was short in high school, but I am of average height in college.

Well, 5’4" is the average height for an American WOMAN. The average height for and American man is 5’10".
But, I hear it’s not height that matters so much as length, or is that width?

I’m 5’4" too. How is it that you would feel tall in High School but then be of average height when you got to college?
How can I use my height to my advantage in MA? Everyone says its good for infighting, I can see why but how do I use this? I always find it hard to work my way in when fighting a big person and when I do wouldn’t I get caught in the grappling game? (I’m not a good grappler by the way) or I usually find myself in a situation where its easy for big dude to pick me up and slam me or throw me. How do I use to height in the grappling/wrestling game? And either way I would still want to be taller or at least a few inches taller (obviously not a giant)
