Hey Guru,

Are your guys fighting this Saturday night at the Wonderland Dog Track?

What time and how much does admission cost?

How many fights and what rules?

I’d like to check out the fights, may bring my girlfriend and possibly a couple other friends.

TTT for Guru.

I’ve been to MMA fights at Wonderland. The place is cool. Kind of reminds me of a set from one of those underground combat martial arts movies on late at night.

It’s Friday night at 8 not Saturday and costs a rediculous $25 from what I know. We have one fighter fighting MT rules. We could not get opponets for our two other fighters that were ready.

My guess is 3+ MT Rule and 4+ grappling. Last show was 2 MT and 7 grappling I believe.

I’ll see if i can change our plans around to make it friday night instead. I’d still like to see some of the fights. Havent been in a while and was hoping to see some sanshou fighters to remind myself how hard i need to start training if I have any shot at being in shape enough for the tournament in NYC next month. with the flu season and work deadlines its been tough lately, we’ll see…

Last time we were there was for M.Perry’s title fight, great night, that guys a monster.

ps. Ford; yeah that place is kind of creepy like that…kept expecting to see Bolo Yong bust out with poison darts or something.
