HEAD BUTTS IN KUNG FU

We’ve all heard of 'Head kung" with monks conditioning there heads for strikes but I was wondering if anyone looks at where head butts could be in their forms.

Remember there are “hidden” moves in kung fu, definately in Yau kung Mun. Or if anyone conditions their head.

This 'IS" a serious question!!!

spm head butts

anytime both bridges retract 2 the center with seizing hands – chin tucked down/in, head canted at angle … could be simultaneous lt/rt practice of single locking bridge as some say … or could be …

Lee-Yin-Sing’s Jook-Lum uses head butting techniques opportunistically and naturally.

Ginger Breadman!

We see the same in YKM, anything where you collapse their bridge bringing them in can be added a butt..

Maybe if you get locked up close in boom take them out with your skull.

Nice post Ginger, do you know the muffin Man?!!!

There’s a backwards headbutt in one of my nan sil lum sets. Also, in northern forms which have “brush robes” with a forwards lunge, this can also be a headbutt.
