There is a group of tai chi and pa kua guys here in Alaska who call themselves the Internal Lineage Tradition. I guess they are associated with some guy named Quintsai Rong Zhou. Is this guy any good and is his background in Tai Chi and pa kua legit? Thank you all for your time.
