id just like to find out what you people think is a normal gain (say, average per week) in something like benchpress.
ive been keeping a record of my benching weight. for about 2 months, i made maybe 2kg gain. then i added about 10kg over a month, and now, ive been stuck at that for about 1.5 months.
well, not stuck… ive gone from 5 reps of a weight to about 7.
