I was just wonder if any other southern (hakka) styles have a Chiun sum toi (heart penetrating kick) in their system.
And if you do at what level do you start to practice it?

Could you explain a little bit what it is/how it works? I’m not sure if we have it our not.
Wing chun has it
and we started training it almost right away. I think the Yuen Kay San branch uses this specific terminology, we do not.

Please give some more info regarding this as just by the name has me intrigued in what it could be. I have seen a heart penetrating grab but that was in “Indiana Jones The Temple of Doom”
