Hello all Iron Palm , Iron Body practitioners. I am searching for a reliable jow to assist me in my iron palm training. SC107 First and foremost you must realize there is a distinct difference between Iron Palm Linament, and Dit Da Jow! Most recipes of Dit are used primarily for bruising, contusions, and general light tissue damage. If you need that for your Iron Palm training, you need to stop and re-evaluate! I have good Dit, but no Iron Palm Linament at the moment. I can vouch for Augustine Fongs formula [www.fongswingchun.com](http://www.fongswingchun.com) It is not the best, but very good and readily available at a decent price. Jake ---

I have and Iron Palm recipe. Hoping to get it on the website for sale soon but could probably help you out before I get that done… Just go to the website then email either of us.
