Truely sadden by the sudden pass away of a master. My condolences.
Althought I have not the pleasure of meeting Sifu Jie, I have met one of his student over the internet as least. This is rather sudden. As a student of Bak Mei, I feel a big lost to our community since Sifu Jie had been spreading the Kung Fu of Bak Mei in the Netherlands. My thoughts with his family and his kung fu family.
This is sad news - my condolences to the Dutch Group - especially my good friend Lau. I know this great man’s teachings and his memory will live long through his devoted and worthy students.
Though I didn’t know him that makes four thats passed in the last four months not counting the attacks, everyday is special.
My condolences also.
“Though I know we must be parted
As sure as stars are in the sky
I’m gonna see when it comes to glory,
and I’ll see you, I’ll see you on the other side”
This is sad news. A good Bai Mee sifu passed away. My condolences.
I had the pleasure to meet him a few times and was impressed by his humour and knowledge. Last time I met him was almost one year ago and at that moment he was full of energy. This makes it difficult to understand¡K
At his age he was still very active in the Chinese and Kungfu community in Holland and Belgian.
His Bai Mee was from a straight lineage. His students good fighters.
Years ago he introduced the style in Holland and Belgium and made it possible for many not Chinese to practise this style.
It¡¦s indeed a loss to our community.
I know he has good students and I wish they continue his kungfu-academy in Holland and Belgium.
My thoughts are with his wife, children, family and his students.
