Conditioning (Tai Long Long and Faan tzi Ying Jow Pai especially)

I was wondering if anyone has anyone good tips for stretching and conditioning one’s overall performance. Thanks so much.

Don’t you learn all this stuff at your kwoon??? Don’t they work you out and fill your head with info?

Unfortunately we learn very little conditioning techniques where I am from. I wish so much to know more. But they do not teach many things.
