HI has anybody ever herd of a form called CHOY LI FUT EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU i have book that is called CHOI LI FUT EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU by author JOSE CHUA he comes from the PHILIPPINES.My other Choy Li Fut book does not mention this form.FIRE HAWK

Eagle Claw form of CLF

Yes practised by the Chan family (Chen Yong Fa), The form is pretty long and demanding (yes most Choy li fut forms are but that one is sespecially). There is a cool twist into a heung bu (low compressed cross stance) with an Eagle Zhua up that is interesting feature.

All in all like most Choy Li Fut forms it practices and reinforces the basics, including new combinations whilst learning new techniques associated with the form. It is one of the more advanced material.
