Can anyone give me any insight on Chow Gar. Concepts, basis, strongpoints, lineage- anything would help?

Hey I replied to this the day it appeared! All I wrote was that you could start at my site www.mantis.org.uk.
I think the site is overdue for a revamping but it’s a place to start. Sifu Mark Leung’s site (linked at mine) had lots of explicit info last time I looked. Also there are many links to other Chow Gar resources. and other mantis resources.
