try just acupuncture treatment and also they will give you this small plaster thing to put under your wrist when you go home and inbetween visits.
you should feel better within 1-3 treatments.

need I really say more… it couldn’t hurt - massaging with dit da jow really improves circulation and can speed healing of the damaged nerves. Also, check your hand and wrist position when using the mouse. I found that to be the primary offender for me, as I work in the print/graphic industry and often spend hours performing very small movements with the mouse.

Always try to keep as natural a wrist/palm position as possible whenever doing anything.
